Upledia was born from a simple observation — learning in 2025 needs to be smart, not scattered. We built an AI-first platform that helps students, researchers, and educators summarize academic papers, generate insights, and draft projects in minutes rather than hours.

Strategy & Execution

We designed an adaptive workflow where users can upload PDFs or paste research links. The backend extracts key information using OpenAI embeddings and summarization logic, then categorizes findings into — Concept Map, Key Takeaways, Real-World Use Cases.
A built-in multilingual summarizer supports English, Hindi, and Spanish. Data flows through Zapier and Google Sheets API for auto-logging of sessions and analytics.
Our team integrated Firebase Auth for secure student access and Supabase for real-time collaboration boards. The UI, inspired by Notion, allows inline editing and AI chat for follow-up queries.

Impact & Results

In pilot colleges, Upledia reduced report-making time by 65 % and boosted academic output quality by 40 %. Average active session length crossed 22 minutes — proof that users enjoyed learning again.
Using AI topic mapping, students generated custom quizzes via the same dataset, leading to 30 % better retention.
