Sherlak India’s Swadeshivip required a growth system that balanced reliable marketplace volume with higher-margin direct sales. We created an integrated approach that treated the marketplace as the baseline engine for discovery while using off-market channels to attract repeat, higher-value buyers to the brand storefront.
Workstreams included catalogue & SEO optimization for marketplace discoverability, enhanced product detail pages to improve conversion, and creative tailored for each placement to communicate unique value quickly. For off-platform growth we ran performance creative designed to pull buyers into a frictionless brand experience, then used lifecycle email + SMS flows and retargeting sequences to drive repurchase and increase AOV.
Attribution and cohort analysis identified the most valuable SKUs and traffic sources so media dollars were spent where LTV justified the cost. The result: improved gross margin per acquisition, clearer SKU prioritisation, and a replicable playbook for scaling SKUs while protecting margin — a practical roadmap for founders who want growth that pays back.
